We're proud to offer our second variety of Ethiopian coffee. This organic bean offers a less sweet taste than other Ethiopian coffees but packs a complex and flavorful punch that we think you will love. With cupping notes of peach and hints of tea, this has quickly become one of our morning favorites. A medium roast will bring out the variety of flavors. We recommend a 16-1 water to coffee ratio.
