Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - A coffee lover's dream! You will love the complex flavors of this bean. It provides a touch of sweetness with notes of black cherry and lemon while avoiding the acidic taste of some African coffees. We roast it to a light-medium to highlight the origin flavors. We recommend a medium grind, a 16-1 water to bean ratio and our preferred brewing method is pour over. Enjoy!
